No refunds unless the boat is re-rented. If rebooked for your entire reservation, no further payment is required. Rain on arrival allows rebooking or a rain check (same season only). Once you leave the dock, weather-related returns are non-refundable.

Renter agrees to return the boat in clean condition. A non-refundable $75 cleaning fee applies for pets aboard. Renter pays for refueling upon return. Daiker’s is not responsible for incidental expenses, lost time, or emergency lodging due to breakdowns.

Boats may not be operated between sunset and sunrise. Remove all food at night to prevent wildlife damage. Rain days are not refunded; multi-day rates reflect possible weather conditions.

Renter is liable for damage to boats or equipment. Repairs will be made with OEM parts and local labor rates. Failure to return on time may incur additional rental fees for overlapping bookings.

Renter must understand safe operation, docking, and refueling procedures, and comply with all local and federal boating regulations. The boat must be returned in the same condition as at departure.
