A family-owned lakeside restaurant on Fourth Lake, where good food, live music, and great company come together all year long.
Family Roots. Adirondack Spirit
Nestled on the shores of Fourth Lake in Old Forge, New York, Daiker’s has been a gathering place for adventurers, families, and friends for nearly seven decades. What began in 1956—when the Daiker family purchased the historic Fulton House, once a lakeside casino and steamboat stop—has grown into one of the most beloved destinations in the Adirondacks.
Still proudly family-owned and operated, Daiker’s is run today by Tal and Debbie Daiker, along with their sons Devin and Dane, who carry on the welcoming spirit started by Tal’s mother and father nearly 70 years ago. Over the years, the Daikers have expanded and modernized the restaurant while preserving its cozy lodge atmosphere and lakeside charm.

At Daiker’s, the lake is always part of the experience. In summer, visitors arrive by boat or car to enjoy hearty meals, cold drinks, and live music on our outdoor deck overlooking Fourth Lake. Whether it’s lunch in the sunshine or a sunset cocktail at the bar, every visit captures that easygoing Adirondack vibe that keeps people coming back year after year.
When winter arrives, the energy doesn’t slow down—it shifts gears. Located in the snowmobile capital of New York State, Daiker’s transforms into a warm haven for riders looking to refuel, relax, and enjoy live bands after a day on the trails.

From boating and bands to sleds and snow, Daiker’s has become the all-season meeting place for anyone who loves the Adirondacks. It’s where memories are made—around the table, on the dock, or in the snow.
Whether you’re stopping in for the first time or returning for your yearly getaway, you’ll find the same friendly faces, unbeatable views, and that one-of-a-kind Daiker’s hospitality that’s made this spot a North Country favorite for generations.
